What You Need to Know When Booking
Payments
Non-refundable deposits are due when booking any service. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. Credit Card/Debit Card Payments will incur a transaction fee of $3. Cash is the preferred method of payment. No refunds will be issued under no circumstances! I am willing to fix your lashes for free within 24-48 hours and address any concerns you have. It is advised that you bring your concerns to me before you leave or within 24-48 hours. After 48 hours, I will not fix any concerns regarding lash extensions for free. You can book and 1 week fill in appointment.
Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the service total.
No show clients will be charged 100%
Please notify your eyelash technician that you will be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled, if you do not notify your technician.
Before Your Eyelash Extension Appointment
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes (no make up, glue, or oil). Try to avoid using mascara 2 days before your appointment. If you have lash extensions from another salon/lash tech you will be required to book a full set.
Special Appointments/ “Squeeze In” Appointments
Appointments outside of our business hours and “Squeeze In” appointments will require an additional $30 fee.
Fill-ins for Lash Extensions
You MUST have 40% of you lash extensions.
2-3 weeks since your last appointment.
If you have no lashes on one eye, you will need a full set.
If you applied mascara or strip lash glue to your lashes you will be charged a full set.
COVID-19/Sick Policy
A mask covering your nose and mouth are required at all times. If you are experiencing coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and/or fever CANCEL your appointment
